We are Speakers Express Böblingen an active Toastmasters club with around 20 members, part of the long-established Stuttgart International Toastmasters Club.
The Stuttgart International Toastmasters Club was founded in 1971. One of the first Toastmasters clubs in continental Europe. Over the past 50 years, the club has received numerous awards and has accompanied many prominent figures on their journey.
With Speakers Express Böblingen, we are continuing this success story: modern, motivating, and open to new voices.
We meet every second Monday of the month at AI Express in Böblingen. Just drop by and experience for yourself how we combine speeches, feedback, and leadership with joy and structure.
As a member, you get access to the extensive resources of Toastmasters International with learning paths, training materials, and a digital platform full of helpful content. And you become part of a global network that brings together people who are working on their communication and leadership skills with structure, heart, and humor.

… or at least part of us. Of course, we don’t forget to have fun. We always take a break to relax, chat, and get to know each other better.
We are a mix of young and old, with very different professions and interests. That’s what makes it so great to improve our language skills.
Your Executive Board Team
We are organized as an association, and behind the scenes, the Executive Board takes care of organizing and hosting special events and activities (such as our annual rhetoric weekend). Part of their work also involves continuing education for members, welcoming guests (both online and on–site), ensuring that the finances are in order, and representing the club to the outside world.

Becoming a member is easy!
- Fill out the application: Download the membership application, fill it out, and give it to a board member at a meeting.
- Transfer the fee: You will receive information on how to transfer the monthly membership fee to Speakers Express Böblingen.
- Start your membership: Once your payment has been received, you will be officially accepted as a member.
As soon as your membership fee has been received…
- the Vice President of Education (Sebastian) will discuss your first tasks with you (e.g., timekeeper, filler word counter, or speech style evaluator).
- you will be assigned a mentor to support you.
- you will be sent all the necessary documents.
How much does it cost to become a member?
Membership dues are €150 per year (from October 1 to June 30), plus €25 for the first educational Path. If you decide to become a member, just let us know at the meeting, and we’ll guide you through the registration process.
